Yes. Plans are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes, we offer a 30-day free trial for all plans, giving you full access to the features of your selected plan.

We accept major credit cards. For yearly payments we can send an invoice for wire transfer.

Agency is the Business plan with remove branding included. Everything else is identical — the same allowances, the same features. On Agency the cards carry your client's brand only, with no LoyaltyCardTools name or logo.

One loyalty card as your customers see it — a punch card or membership card with its own look and rules. Each design has its own cardholders.

A customer who has added your card to their Apple or Google Wallet. Invitations don’t count — only cards actually stored, counted per card design.

1 card design with 1,005 cardholders. 5 over its 1,000 limit → 1 extra block of 1,000. 9 card designs with 900 cardholders each. Each card design stays under its own 1,000 limit. No extra charge.

A validator is an individual or device that can validate loyalty cards, such as staff members or dedicated devices at your business locations.

You can add extra card designs as an add-on. Each extra card design also adds 1,000 extra cardholders capacity.

Remove branding removes all LoyaltyCardTools branding from your loyalty cards. It is included in the Agency plan, so agencies can offer loyalty cards to their clients under the client's own brand.

Yes, custom branding options are included. This allows you to personalize the cards with your logo & colors.

Every loyalty card comes with a unique URL by default. The Custom Domain add-on allows you to replace this URL with your own branded domain (e.g., card.yourdomain.com). Customers will see your custom URL only, enhancing brand recognition and trust.

Activate powerful automations and seamlessly connect your loyalty cards with your existing tools. This add-on provides full access to our Make.com integration, API, and Webhooks, enabling you to automate workflows and enhance your customer engagement.

Email & SMS can be used to import and invite existing customers to their loyalty cards directly from the platform. SMS rates vary depending on the destination country—please contact us to receive the applicable rates for your country.
